Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the resort was quite an adventure for my family, especially for the kids who love animals. The rooms were spacious and came with comfortable beds, but we found the dining options a bit lacking and some service aspects could have been improved. We enjoyed our time exploring the facilities, but the Wi-Fi connection was frustrating in some areas. Overall, it was a unique experience, albeit on the pricier side.
We had a wonderful family trip, enjoying close animal interactions and educational tours. The rooms were clean and provided spacious comfort, though it was a bit challenging to navigate with a baby stroller. The noise from other guests was disruptive at times, but the service was attentive during check-in and other inquiries, making our stay enjoyable overall. The facilities offered great experiences, and while the price felt high, it was worth it for the memories made.
This resort is a nice spot for families, especially if you’re into animals. The rooms are decent, offering a view of the wildlife, but service could use some improvement. We enjoyed our meals and the theme park nearby was a highlight for the kids. However, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more from both the animal experiences and the service aspects.
My stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. The experience of seeing animals like giraffes and rhinos right outside our window was truly special, and the educational activities were a highlight for the kids. However, the value for money was questionable given the condition of the rooms and the dining experience, which left much to be desired. Overall, I appreciated the unique aspects, but improvements are definitely needed.
My stay at the resort was mixed. The close encounters with animals were definitely a highlight, and the feeding experience with the lemurs was fun. However, the rooms were outdated and not what I expected for the price, and the dining options left much to be desired. The location is handy for theme park access, but the service was not always up to par, especially regarding shuttle arrangements.
